At one hour from Paris, 17 km from Monet's gardens in Giverny, Cocherel is still Ile de France, and already Normandy. The French president Aristide Briand liked this charming and peaceful village on the banks of the river Eure, he had his country house there. The same feeling led Pierre and Danielle Delton to settle down here, in front of the river, and create La Ferme de Cocherel which is now a reputated table.
