Domaine de la Corniche is ideally situated just 40 minutes from Paris city centre and at the gateway to Normandy and the Vexin nature reserve.

Set in a delightful position high above the Seine valley, Domaine de la Corniche was once built by King Leopold II of Belgium as a gift to Blanche de Vaughan.

There is no better place for visitors to admire the very same light and colours that enchanted the Impressionists

Staying at Domaine de la Corniche is all about atmosphere. The stunning panorama is one of some reasons to pass an unforgettable stay over the Seine.

The Thirty four rooms are located in three different houses, three different moods :

• Le Château, the main building, houses the restaurant, bar, 4 meeting rooms, the reception desk and 18 rooms
• La Jeannette, a charming and elegant manor, offers 9 rooms
• La Forestière, a cottage bordered by trees and shrubs, has 7 extremely quiet rooms.

Our 34 fully renovated rooms have been decorated with warm and soothing colour schemes, coupled with contemporary furniture and stylish bathrooms.

All have en suite facilities and are equipped with hairdryer, plasma TV, direct dial telephone, minibar and wireless connection.

• Off site: Giverny is ideally situated from the hotel and offers the best way to explore the world of Monet. Visit the house and its famous gardens and soon the Musee d’Art Américain will become the Musée des Impressionistes with mission to give an international dimension of the Impressionist movement.

The adjacent villages of La Roche Guyon with its magnificent castle and Vetheuil are simply packed with atmosphere.

Important: For your comfort and to facilitate your check in, we do recommend you to show up at the reception desk first to get your key room and leave your luggage in your car as we are split into three buildings.

La Corniche Restaurant

Come and find some imaginative dishes made by our Chef Hervé RODRIGUEZ in our panoramic restaurant, recently awarded 14/20 on gastronomical guide Gault Millau and for 1 star on Bottin Gourmand.

Different kind of menus:

• Light menu served for Lunch from Monday to Friday except bank holidays at 27 or 33 euros including 1 drink and coffee
• A la carte : Make your choice among a selection of different starters, main courses, cheese and desserts from 9 euros.
• Menu surprise du Chef served in 8 courses for dinner on week and week ends.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays evenings from November to March included.
